- Digunakan di luar jam mengajar, konsultasi dan bimbingan (bagi Pegawai Akademik)
- Digunakan setelah jam kerja (bagi Pegawai Pendukung Akademik)
- Fasilitas Fitness Center hanya dipakai oleh sivitas akademika UKDW (PA & PPA)
- Menjaga kesopanan dalam berpakaian
- Mengembalikan alat pada tempat semula
- Maksimal penggunaan setiap alat : 30 menit
- Wajib mengenakan kostum dan sepatu olahraga
- Tidak diijinkan makan di dalam ruang fitness center
- Bagi pengguna terakhir, wajib mematikan semua alat, AC dan lampu/listrik
