Deadline of defence registration

Students send the following documents (as attachments) via email
to [email protected], with a subject email:
Full name_pendaftaran ujian skripsi

or

Full name_pendaftaran ujian tugas akhir

with body email detailing the purpose of the email (using the
Indonesian language).
1) A scanned copy of student card
2) A transcript with min. GPA of 2.25
3) A soft copy of Skripsi/Tugas Akhir approved by the advisor
4) A scanned copy of consultation log
5) A soft file of coloured photograph
6) A scanned copy of defence fee payment

Tugas Akhir revision submission deadline – submitted to Prodi PBI (signed by the board of examiners). Students must provide PDF version of their Tugas Akhir by email.
The Tugas Akhir consist of:
1. Front pages including:
a. Front cover and inner cover
b. Advisor approval page and Skripsi/Tugas Akhir defence
approval page
c. Skripsi/Tugas Akhir statement of originality
d. Table of contents, list of tables, list of figures
e. Abstract and Intisari
2. Chapter I
3. Chapter II
4. Chapter III
5. Chapter IV
6. Chapter V
7. References
Appendices

Important note:
Students who miss the deadline of submitting the revised version of Skripsi/Tugas Akhir may need to register for Skripsi/Tugas Akhir in the regular semester of Gasal 2024/2025. That is because the deadline for submitting KAS grades to Biro 1 is on the 14th August 2024.
