It represents a commitment to social equity in education as well as a long-term investment in regional and national development. By providing higher education opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, the program aims to empower them to return to their home regions, serve their communities, and become strong drivers of local and national progress.<\/p>\n<h3>Building Character and Academic Success<\/h3>\n<p>As part of its ongoing support, the program featured Prof. Yonny Koesmaryono from PPAPT as the keynote speaker, who shared insights on ADik scholarship policy and implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions also included experience-sharing from ADik alumni and motivational talks from university leaders, offering inspiration and encouragement to help students complete their studies successfully.<\/p>\n<h3>UKDW\u2019s Commitment to Inclusive and Transformative Education<\/h3>\n<p>As an active partner in the ADik program, UKDW continues to create a supportive, inclusive, and transformative academic environment. The participation of 23 UKDW students in this program highlights the university\u2019s commitment to empowering young people from marginalized communities, enabling them to compete, succeed, and contribute meaningfully to both the nation and their home regions.<\/p>\n<p><em>W-ID: mpk | Ed.
