Salatiga \u2014 Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW) has entered into a strategic partnership with SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga to strengthen education and character development for young people in Indonesia. The agreement was sealed through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (MoA).<\/p>\n

The collaboration aims to address pressing educational challenges by providing academic mentoring, soft skills training, and joint research opportunities, while also fostering character formation rooted in Christian values. Programs will involve community service initiatives, teacher development, and activities designed to inspire students to thrive in an increasingly competitive global environment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis partnership is a tangible expression of our commitment to holistic education \u2014 academically, spiritually, and in character,\u201d said Dr.-Ing. Wiyatiningsih, S.T., M.T**.**, Rector of UKDW, who led the delegation during the ceremony.<\/p>\n

Principal Dra. Kriswinarti of SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga welcomed the collaboration, emphasizing its potential to expand opportunities for both teachers and students. \u201cWe share the same vision as UKDW, and we are confident this partnership will open new doors for growth,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Both institutions highlighted the importance of cross-level collaboration between schools and universities to prepare future generations who are adaptable, morally grounded, and ready to contribute to society.<\/p>\n
