The program is organized by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) under the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek).<\/p>\n<p>The P2MW initiative is an integrated capacity-building program designed to support university students who are either in the early stages of launching a startup or are actively scaling up their business ventures. The program offers training, mentorship, and seed funding to foster the growth of innovative and sustainable young entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>Two student teams from UKDW successfully secured the 2025 P2MW grant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BARNANA<\/strong><em>Product:<\/em> Healthy snack bars made from banana stem flour\n<p><em>Category:<\/em> Food and Beverage<\/p>\n<p><em>Stage:<\/em> Early-Stage Venture<\/li>\n<li><strong>ABHINAYA<\/strong><em>Product:<\/em> Unique wristwatches crafted from a blend of corn cobs and wood\n<p><em>Category:<\/em> Creative Industry<\/p>\n<p><em>Stage:<\/em> Growth-Stage Venture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dr. Parmonangan Manurung, UKDW\u2019s Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, Information, and Innovation, expressed pride and appreciation for the achievement. \u201cOn behalf of the university, I extend my congratulations and sincere thanks to all teams for their dedication throughout this rigorous process\u2014especially to the two teams that successfully secured the grant. I also thank the faculty mentors, the P2MW Coordinator, and the Student Affairs, Alumni, and Career Development Bureau (Bureau 3) for their unwavering support. We hope this achievement inspires more students to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>UKDW\u2019s 2025 P2MW Coordinator, Dr. Haryo Dimasto Kristiyanto, praised the creativity and determination of the student participants. This year, UKDW submitted six teams for national selection, with two ultimately earning the competitive grant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe deeply value the originality and passion shown by our students. This success was made possible through the support of faculty mentors, the Centre of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Centrino), and Bureau 3. For those who did not receive the grant, we remain proud of their efforts and journey. In entrepreneurship, what matters most is the courage to start, the resilience to persist, and the willingness to keep learning,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>UKDW continues to nurture an entrepreneurial culture among its student body, positioning it as a key pillar in character development, self-reliance, and meaningful contributions to the national creative economy.
