Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW) in Yogyakarta has officially opened its merchandise store, marking a new step in strengthening its brand identity and fostering campus spirit. The grand opening took place on Friday, April 11, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by UKDW Rector Dr.-Ing. Wiyatiningsih, S.T., M.T. The event featured live music by university staff and a festive giveaway of door prizes.<\/p>\n

Located north of the UKDW cafeteria, the store offers a curated selection of official UKDW-branded merchandise. The launch has been eagerly anticipated by students, faculty, and alumni who have long sought authentic memorabilia representing their university pride.<\/p>\n

The merchandise range includes apparel, accessories, and stationery\u2014all featuring UKDW\u2019s official logos and symbols. Beyond offering practical items, the store aims to foster a stronger sense of belonging and community within the university.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving a dedicated merchandise store allows students and staff to proudly express their identity as part of UKDW,\u201d said Dr.-Ing. Wiyatiningsih. \u201cIt not only enhances our brand presence but also strengthens the emotional connection to our alma mater.\u201d<\/p>\n

The merchandise store is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (WIB). Shoppers can find a wide variety of souvenirs including lanyards, keychains, t-shirts, polo shirts, caps, tumblers, notebooks, plush toys, card holders, pouches, umbrellas, tote bags, and more.<\/p>\n
