Fransisca Victory Kusumaningrum majorin gin Biology and Michaella Ivanna majoring in Accounting at Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW) Yogyakarta have been awarded Djarum Beasiswa Plus<\/em> scholarship by the Djarum Foundation.<\/p>\n The scholarship, renowned for its rigorous selection process, offers more than just financial aid. It provides a comprehensive development program designed to enhance recipients\u2019 soft skills, including character building, leadership development, and nation-building. Additional opportunities such as community empowerment<\/em>, international exposure<\/em>, and an essay contest f<\/em>urther enrich the experience, ensuring scholars are equipped with a balanced blend of academic achievements and personal growth.<\/p>\n The program\u2019s goal is to cultivate future leaders\u2014referred to as *Beswan Djarum*\u2014who excel both intellectually and emotionally, contributing meaningfully to society.<\/p>\n For the 2023\/2024 cycle, the program attracted 21,108 applicants from across Indonesia.
