2025 KMOU Student Exchange Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\ud83d\udcc5 Application Deadline: 14 November 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

KMOU incoming exchange student program is for KMOU\u2019s partner universities\u2019 students who wish to study at KMOU for one or two semesters and transfer credits to their home university after completing their study period at KMOU. To be an exchange student, candidates must be officially nominated by their home university.<\/p>\n

\n

Application Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Internal Selection:<\/strong> Submit your application to the UKDW International Office for internal review.<\/li>\n
  2. Nomination & Application:<\/strong> If selected, you will be officially nominated to HGU and receive an email with instructions on how to complete the application process<\/li>\n
  3. Final Result:<\/strong> HGU will assess the application and announce the final selection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Study Period for 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Spring 2025 : Beginning of March, 2025 to Middle of June, 2025 (4 months)<\/li>\n
    2. Spring & Fall 2025 : Beginning of March, 2025 to Middle of December, 2025 (10 months)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note:<\/p>\n

      **Students must select one period either \u24db OR \u2461<\/p>\n

      **Summer Vacation : Middle of June, 2025 to End of August, 2025<\/p>\n

      \n

      General Qualification<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Applicants must be enrolled in their home university.<\/li>\n
      2. Applicants\u2019 date of birth is between March 2, 1995 and March 1, 2007 as of March 1, 2025<\/li>\n
      3. Applicants must completed at least two semesters in their home university.<\/li>\n
      4. Applicants\u2019 G.P.A. 3.00 of 4.00 scale or above<\/li>\n
      5. Korean or English language proficiency is highly recommended enough to take courses. \u203b Language test results are not required, but KMOU would prefer to scores. \u203b Korean : TOPIK, English : TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, IELTS, CEFR<\/li>\n
      6. Applicants must be sound in physically and mentally during their study at KMOU.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n

        Academics<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        1. Applicants must choose one academic department considering their academic background or study fields at their home university. Meanwhile, applicants could take other departments\u2019 courses after consulting with KMOU OIA (Office of International Affairs).<\/span><\/p>\n

        2. KMOU will provide Korean language courses (3 credits for one course). Students <\/span>will be able to select with their levels: Basic, Intermediate or Advanced.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u2605 Please note that KMOU does not guarantee scholarship awards for applicants, as final selection is determined by NIIED.<\/p>\n
