The Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) at UKDW was established in 1986 as the Informatics Engineering Program under the Faculty of Engineering. As one of the pioneers in IT education in Indonesia, FTI UKDW has produced numerous professionals who have pursued careers in industry, government, NGOs, and education, both domestically and internationally. In 2011, FTI became an independent faculty, now offering two programs: Informatics and Information Systems.<\/p>\n
The faculty’s curriculum, based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and updated every four years, ensures that learning materials remain current with technological advancements and industry demands. The educational process is supported by comprehensive facilities, including advanced laboratories and co-working spaces, where students collaborate on assignments and projects. Additionally, students are equipped with a blend of soft and hard skills essential for the workforce.
