Attendees also engaged with the Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) method, a forward-thinking approach aimed at designing a sustainable future for education.
A significant focus of the event was on strategies to motivate and retain talent among students and educators. The discussions highlighted the need for universities to collaborate with industries to prepare graduates for an ever-evolving job market. Participants were encouraged to foster an organizational culture that promotes innovation, open dialogue, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Financial sustainability in education was another key topic. Leaders shared experiences and strategies for maintaining financial stability while prioritizing educational quality. Flexible and innovative learning models were emphasized as essential for attracting and retaining students.
