Product Design Student Won 2nd Place in IFCC 2019

Matthew Christiadhi Pradipa, student of Product Design Department of UKDW won 2nd place in the Indonesia Footwear Creative Competition (IFCC) 2019.
IFCC was conducted by the Indonesian Footwear Industry Development Center (BPIPI). It is a 3-in-1 competition of creative footwear competition consists of design, photography, and videography.
Through this competition, BPIPI wants to tell the young generations that, footwear is part of fashion, industry development, and one of promising business for creative industry players.
The theme “Heritage in Modernity” points to a design with a traditional touch that is transformed into a modern or sophisticated form to produce a marketable design.
Students’ creativity work in the footwear sector is highly needed to introduce the evolution of footwear which is part of the fashion industry. IFCC is one of the strategic measures to support young generations’ creativity. Product Design Department of UKDW appreciates and continuously supports the creative process of students to make innovation and actively participate in competitions.
