Center for the Study of Economics and Business (PSEB) of The Faculty of Business in collaboration with Tax Center and the Tax Study Group of UKDW held a webinar on Tax Liability and Consequence Post Tax Incentive Utilization in Relation to COVID-19 on July 24, 2020. This webinar attended by participants from various backgrounds including central and regional government, law associations, practitioners and business players, as well as academics.

Invited as the speakers in this webinar are Hersona Bangun, S.H., S.E., Ak., BKP., CA., M.Ak., CLA., ACPACC. (Senior Tax Consultant, Tax Lawyer) and Frista, S.H., S.E., M.S.Ak. (lecturer at the Faculty of Business UKDW). The webinar was moderated by Rossalina Christanti, S.E., M.Acc. (The Deputy Head of Tax Center UKDW) and hosted by Drs. Purnawan Hardiyanto, M.Ec.Dev (the Head of PSEB UKDW).

The Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 86/PMK.03/2020 issued in July 2020 regulates tax incentives to aid the national economic recovery program in the time of COVID-19. It is expected to reach the most affected sectors so that they can survive amid this pandemic.

Besides discussing about this new regulation, this webinar also gave some best practices that have been done by companies.
